You can activate it by sending the word ULTRA to 606 or by purchasing a Liberty Prepaid SIM at any of our authorized points of sale.

Yes. With the Liberty Without Borders option, your prepaid plan also works in North and Central America at no extra cost for included mobility apps.

Which social networks are included in unlimited access?

Your Ultra Prepaid plan includes data-free access to major social networks such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), among other compatible platforms.

What happens if I don’t have enough balance at the time of renewal?

If your line does not have sufficient balance, the plan will not renew automatically. You can reactivate it anytime by recharging ₡5,000 and sending ULTRA to 606.

Can I share my data with other devices (tethering or hotspot)?

The Ultra Prepaid plan is designed for personal use on a single device; data sharing may be subject to fair use policies.

How can I check my usage or remaining days on the plan?
